Good Morning Simple Lifers,
If your Monday was anything like mine, you spent some time chuckling at the concept of a "Simple Life"...
But, just the knowledge that a Simplified Lifestyle was not only available but also attainable made a difference in my attitude...an old axiom I learned in Flight School really applies here..."It's your attitude, not your aptitude, that determines your altitude." Yes we are still going to have some complicated days. But you will be amazed at how much better you will handle them when you SIMPLY see them for what they are...A challenge to be overcome, instead of a way of life...
Matthew 21:21 (NLT) 21 Then Jesus told them, “I tell you the truth, if you have faith and don’t doubt, you can do things like this and much more. You can even say to this mountain, ‘May you be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ and it will happen.
Remember those mountains are ANYTHING that stands in between us and God!!! They can be moved!

wow todays home work was hard. yet fun bill and I spent more time looking up the verses in the bible and talking with each other on what we thought it ment. believe it or not we bonded its crazy because he and I talk all the time. its different when you sit down and talk about the Bible and what we believe we even found our self talking about goals.the best part is we sat down together we did not just talk in passing we actually sat down together and talk now I am pumped. I am praying for each on in my group I sure do thank God for my church family.
ReplyDeleteMichael and I were thrilled to find out that the worst part of both our days was arguing with our oldest son on being home 10 min late (actually, his was arguing with him and mine was listening to them argue!). While we do want to simplify our lives, we are also thrilled to know how blessed our lives are!!
