Our Church family was greatly blessed this week as Michael, Karen, Shane, and John Himes joined us by letter. We are so glad God called them to our church. Bro. Michael has been preaching on Wednesday nights and doing a great job. Make sure to introduce yourselves to them!!! Also what a great day Sunday...Good attendance in our morning services, great food at our Annual Christmas Banquet, and 29 people Christmas Caroling in the evening...A big thank you to Janie and Eva Lee for getting the refreshments ready for the Carolers!!! What a wonderful Day...What a wonderful Church...What a Marvelously Wonderful Savior!!!

Great Service

What a great Lord's day we enjoyed yesterday...Please continue to be in prayer for Bro. Leon and Jeanette. Jeanette is needing someone to sit with her during the day. Hospice will come 3 days a week but they only stay approximately 1 hour. Teresa (their daughter) is staying on the weekends and almost every evening but she and her husband work during the day. If you could sit with Jeanette some during the week it would be a help to them and a blessing to you. It is sure exciting to see the new church coming out of the ground!!! It won't be long now til we will be worshipping in our new facility...what an exciting time to be at Holland. For those who have not heard, we had 94 people in attendance Wednesday night... There were 45 kids in the AWANA program which is the largest group we have ever had. W also recieved confirmation this week from Mt Vernon Baptist Church that they have voted to donate a van to us. I look forward to getting it on the road and hitting some of these areas we have been unable to go to because we had no way to pick up the kids. Also we had a great men's Bible study this morning on the book of Job...Men don't forget that you need to read Job 2:11 - 4:17 before next week...
